Not really! However, almost 12 years back when I started SEO it was pretty easy (or may be it seemed easy to me). Aim for mid-tail and long tail keywords on new sites and gradually invest the profits on tough keywords. Discuss with your SEO company and plan a realistic SEO strategy. A powerful and well-planned (and well-executed) SEO strategy will get results. But it may not be tomorrow. Be realistic in expectations too.
